Dawn Jordan Christian Pop Artist

Dawn Jordan is an ICVM Gold Crown Award winner for Best Soundtrack for the feature film Where the Wind Blows and a Faith Pop recording artist building music that belongs equally in the church and in the culture.

Long before the awards and global stages, a prophetic word was spoken over her life: she would be a light to the world. That calling has shaped every chapter since.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dawn began performing at three years old in her grandmother’s church. By six, she was singing on the stages of Qualcomm Stadium and Anaheim Stadium as part of the Kids Praise Club, Harvest Christian Fellowship’s traveling children’s singing group, performing at Pastor Greg Laurie’s Harvest Crusades. She later earned the role of Harmony, one of the triplet children of Psalty the Singing Songbook.

At ten, she joined the original cast of TBN’s nationally syndicated series Colby’s Clubhouse, appearing in 56 episodes over four and a half years alongside Krysta Rodriguez and Crystal Lewis, gaining early experience on a national platform.

As a young adult, Dawn stepped decisively into the mainstream music industry. She performed as a lead vocalist in the girl group Impulse alongside Janel Parrish, later joined the pop collective Minx Mafia, and ultimately launched her solo career under the stage name Djoir Jordan, a name given to her by Mr. Dalvin of Jodeci, who also served as her mentor.

Her single “Control” with NOVASPACE debuted at number 62 on Beatport’s Electro House chart and attracted remix support from leading EDM producers worldwide. “Right Now” climbed to number 13 on the UK charts, earning support from Knife Party and Gold Top. She appeared in LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem” and Redfoo’s “New Thang,” two of the most viewed music videos of their era.

Her sync catalog continued to expand. “Partypocalypse” was featured on ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars, the USA Network series Rush, and 20th Century Fox’s The Longest Ride. “Get This Party Rockin’” appeared in Season 4 of Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black. She appeared on screen in Universal’s Jem and the Holograms and received nominations for Pop Single of the Year and Solo Performer of the Year at the LA Music Awards.

She was selected multiple times for the Armed Forces Entertainment Tour, performing for U.S. troops and their families across Japan, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Djibouti.

In 2016, Dawn participated in a Guinness World Record event — a 24 hour live broadcast hosted by Cricket Wireless, recognized as the longest non television promotional commercial ever filmed — performing on a record breaking global stage.

Her faith never diminished. It expanded.

Today, with her forthcoming album Dawn of a New Era recorded in Nashville with Grammy winning producer Mitch Dane, Dawn is fully stepping into the sound and vision she has been building all along: cinematic, modern Faith Pop anchored in conviction, excellence, and bold joy.

Through M1416 LLC, she leads her creative direction with long term vision, building a catalog positioned for global reach and aligned partnership.

From her grandmother’s church to stadium stages, global sync placements, and a Gold Crown Award, the through line remains unmistakable.

Her mission is unwavering: bold music that brings light into dark places and proves that faith and excellence rise together.
